If you had have made the rice and curry sauce balls, in an ice cube tray, frozen then and then fried it would have worked better... Same with chow main
Mate these vids are class. Am a bit of a heart-attack- scran connoisseur maself, having invented items in my local indians menu such as the chicken vindaloo hoagie and the munchie box pizza. Id love to get a good scran/ cook sesh with u mate your funny as fuck and the vids are so well made. Canny believe youve not got more subs. As u are clearly living the absolute dream.

One of the chefs about 10 -12 years ago in my local Chinese in Dublin used to deep fry chips rice and curry sauce together and sell it for about €2 a portion They where lovely.

Deep fried ice cream is already a thing.. And yes it does fry.
Super cold ball of ice cream, Super hot fat, batter the ice cream ball and put in the frier until golden brown. Should take around a minute
Ice cream is still solid. Melted layer on the outside that's it.
