I am in the northern part of Jutland, 3 km. from the Northern Atlantic Ocean.
Where I build a Dome, on my good friend Morten Hilmers ground. (He is doing the drone footage)

The Dome
I have seen a plenty of videos where wrap/plastic houses are built, and a few domes. It is an amazing way to build a cheep greenhouse. The problem I have seen is that there is too many poles crossing at the same place to make the cover proper smooth. With this one there are 3 poles crossing. The structor is made of triangles which is the strongest build.
I didnt have a lot of hazel within reach, but if you have a lot of straight long trees, you can get get it totally smooth.
The reason I build the miniature is because I had only drawn it to that point, and wanted to see if I missed something.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you Soren and sweet Musen, may your holidays be filled with peace. I could see the condensation from the outside so the dome was working, wilderness ingenuity used once again to create a super shelter and some delicious looking food. Drone footage was awesome showing the vast landscape, beautiful. Must have been cold this time of year, glad the wood stove kept you and Musen warm. Don't know about all that plastic in such a beautiful natural environment, but there's always this sense of comfort in your videos.
I have seen a lot of those plastic wrap videos, and I thought of this design of the dome. ...im not that in to plastic as well. But it would make a good green house. :)
Wow,that brought back some old memories. Used to live in these in the summer travelling the festivals back in the 80's in the uk. Used heavy tarps back then, and a small pot belly stove with a bit of flexi pipe was the height of luxury!
Wintered in them too using builders pallets (cut to size) stuffed with stray and sealed with builders plastic for raised and insulated floor-cozy as. We called them " benders" at the time and the fexibility of the structure led to some pretty amazing creations...Happy Daze.

Thank you Ann. Musen loves stoves/the Sun and campfires, unless they make sparks. What is weird is that she loves getting her stomach, that is as smooth as a baby, wet as well, even if it is freezing. :0 Happy New Year :)
@@DonVonGun Musen seems like such a sweet and chilled dog. My dogs would not be as chilled in the woods. Their noses wouldn't turn off long enough to enjoy the stove or campfire 😆Happy New Year to you too!

Nice to see one of your videos! Great design and I love the way your set it up in miniature first. My oldest son is an engineer and he loves watching your unique builds. He then explains to my why they are so sturdy etc. It was nice to see your dog running like a puppy on the path. Until next time.
