I've enjoyed this pairing very much. Not just anyone can have their singing fit with Robin, yet he always seems to have wonderful vocalists working with him. From Dewar, Bronze, Bruce, Pattison forward. Thanks so very much. From the Rockies.
@@markbirchette8740 thanks, then that makes sense because I don't know that album either. For a lot of years I was working my butt off and didn't have much time left for anything. Peace and I'll check it out.
That voice he has on the guitar is mesmerising.i know it's a sort of vibrato/tremolo effect of which I have one or two but he's got it nailed. She reminds me of Sade. Good stuff. I've got all his best albums so must give the new one a 👂
Yeah doesn't Robin always have a great theme no matter what the message is worked out with himself and his lyricist and his musicians to get the vibe across to The Listener
Wishbone Ash forever... Twin Guitars... I wonder if Robin would ever have a Rhythm and Melody guitarist tour with him to do the album track parts that would be awesome
This popped up on my phone this morning. What a pleasent surpise. Always love to hear new tunes from Robin Trower. Still and will always be a musical rock ICON!
Sublime! Emotive! Robin and Sari have articulated a dimension of the human condition, again touched on what it means to be human, defining the unspoken-but-felt undercurrents of the soul. Who treads this road, through the back-burner mysteries of emotion, and puts it to lyrics and music? This- is art. 🫰
You should be a lyricist. I really like the way you analyzed. Because I analyze the whole soup of a song lyrics the vibe so this from you is very eloquently spoken in behalf of Robin and Sari....
I saw Robin Trower live twice my very first concert I went to in Redding California and 78 then I saw him again in Chico California in the late 90s he put in a great show
This sounds like it should be on a James Bond Soundtrack ...excellent! Robin Trower ..Not in Rolling Stones 250 greatest guitarists ...What a friggin shitshow RS is ...and has been for 40 years
There's a southern term for that. It's called "he is a sleeper" it is actually a racing term. Meaning he's got the goods he's got the stuff he doesn't have to be flashy and just gets that stuff done, because it's his passion
This album restores my hope for modern music. No nasally girls or nutless boys, no computer music, nothing derivative or "sampled". Just real heartfelt music.
It's growing on me the more I get used to this tone of the guitar. And the more I hear the guitar clearer I'm able to hear the vocals clearer. And people keep talking about this is James Bondish you never know. Robin can be a tight-lipped cat you just never know......
Pretty blase for sure. Nothing of the man's past other than nonsense in terms of muslc. Everyone has the time in their life when there blessed with whatever music, baseball, anything. There are certainly some decent moments on this record but overall pretty weak

Bronze, I'm not familiar with him? Was he the one sharing vocals with Dewar on Back it up?
@@douglaschristine8387 Dave Bronze played bass and sang on Beyond The Mist live parts and then just bass for a couple more albums

This sounds like a James Bond movie theme. And I mean that in a good way. For Your Eyes Only, You Only Live Twice, Gold Finger, Thunder Ball
Yeah doesn't Robin always have a great theme no matter what the message is worked out with himself and his lyricist and his musicians to get the vibe across to The Listener
Funny you say that, I was thinking exactly the same thing. What a great track, what a great album. There's nothing bad about it at all 😊
Wishbone Ash forever...
Twin Guitars...
I wonder if Robin would ever have a Rhythm and Melody guitarist tour with him to do the album track parts that would be awesome
That was my first impression too. Very smoky, sultry and understated. I really enjoyed it!
That's the second track that someone has compared to a James Bond theme. This song would really fit a Bond film.

King of tone
Only a Strat can do that.
I have 2 copies of the lp. THE MASTER STILL ROCKS.
Next James Bond classic movie title music.
The World Keeps Turning Beneath The Joyful Sky!

I cannot agree more, well said
Muchas Gracias por compartir. Robin Trower uno de los guitarristas de blues-rock más grandes de todos los tiempos.
Trower... still kickin' arse...
Wow man wow!!!! Always a great singer to fill Robin's dense melodies and harmonies!! Oh God!!! Thanx so much!!
Beautiful! What a voice ... soulful and powerful! I hope you continue to work together,
Alex
They are so great together!
I saw Robin Trower live twice my very first concert I went to in Redding California and 78 then I saw him again in Chico California in the late 90s he put in a great show
This record (and the one preceding) have absolutely floored me. A genuine artistic statement happening here and that's so rare in this plastic world.
Oh my. Didn’t expect to feel moved by this….so powerful, stunning. What a great partnership this is! More please x
Most definitely touched my heart too.
@@danabigelow8844 👍👍but if ANYONE was going to affect us then I challenge you to name someone outside of 'The Master' 💖💖💕💕
great song. ! !
Robin my man this is absolutely a pleasure to listen to and tha incredible voice up front is to be recognized as pure soul
Hi Robin!! Long Time, no see! I saw your band in the Palace Theater, Waterbury, CT sometime around 1980. One of the best concerts I have ever seen!
A song to relax at night..👌
Thank you Robin and Sari!! I'd given up on modern music for it's copycat drivel. You've restored my faith and belief in what can be done!
So far I like this song hopefully I can get the CD somewhere
Great new music. This is awesome. Cheers! ✌️
OMG, this is BEAUTIFUL
I, simply put, just LOVE this.

That's crazy he's not recognized..
What a beautiful song. Great vocals from Shari and excellent guitar work from Robin Trower as usual . Thats from his new album which is excellent 👌.

Sounds great, waiting for my copy to arrive!
Beautiful❤️
EXCELLENT
For some reason I can hear Cities In Dust by Siouxsie And The Banshees in this. Thumbs up.
I see a new Bond flame ❤ Shaken, not stirred (leave that to me)

sound track for the next Bond film ! make it happen
🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎸Thank you💖
Robin is taking a page from the Jeff Beck playbook.
❤❤😊
"I am so glad you could join us, Mr. Bond. Welcome to the Joyful Sky project. And now I expect you to die."
How does he keep finding these great vocalists?
This one has a Bond theme vibe to me... hmmmm...
⚡️🔥💎🌠😉😎
James Bond Main Title Song
James Bond in the next film...
Next James Bond theme.....
Sounds alot like Sailing
Someone should like some lousy soundtrack to Bond james bond
To me, the vocals are almost too dramatic. I hear this as a kind of James Bond theme song.

Goldfinger: Shirley Bassey!!
