04:50 Watching the ticking clock in the back while having the chunky rings in front is a great combo of trigger, great to see the rings back, such a great sound. Love the accent for this character.
Not gonna lie, Victorian accents are the most soothing. I’d be bamboozled by a real vampire so easily. Then again I’m told I have a Spanish accent but I don’t hear it, my entire heritage is American so I think people are imagining it because I’m Latino. we where just amongst the few who weren’t forced down to Mexico way back then so while we do speak Spanish, our first language is English.
I bet you still have some sort of accent my mom and I all the time get told they can hear our jersey accents my mom hasn't been to Jersey in over 19 years
Accents are so interesting, I mean it's like you only have them to someone from a different place...also some are more easily identifiable than others, and some people are good at guessing an accent and others aren't. I once had someone ask if I'm from or had recently visited Ireland; sadly no, I'm from Maryland and have never been overseas. My mom is from Boston, but it's been over 30 years since she lived there--yet I've been told that I picked up a bit of a Boston accent from her, so I'm guessing that's what that person heard. I don't hear either an Irish nor a Boston accent, myself. 🤣 Meanwhile, I heard Amy's accent as more Russian-ish (though I'm sure Russians would laugh, and I know it's supposed to be Transylvanian anyway lol) than British, which is what I think of when I think of a Victorian accent. Language and accents are so cool. 🙂

The use of the pendulum in the background with the instruction to watch it simulates lateral eye movement therapy, a means to calm down the amygdala. I don't know if it was intentional; however, I consider it genius for an ASMRtist to use it in their videos. Nice, AmyKay! 👏👍
