    Nice video man, i just got mu tormach and im plannig to do knifes, being a lawyer not knowing shht about design but here i am !😂😅

    Great job on the blade! What was the formula for T/C tapping you used? I'm still messing around trying to find the sweet spot and still finding I'm having issues. My guess for my mill is an inaccurate RPM; i need to get me a tach and test it out.

      Thanks! I have been using tormachs CNC guidlines page 14, www.tormach.com/uploads/31/TD10077_CNC_Tapping_Guidelines_1013B-pdf.html
      I think this is 300rpm and the plunge gets calced out automatically with thread pitch and rpm. Uses the formula above.
      I also have long hand tapping post someone created for Fusion 360/HSMworks. Adds the delay and stuff. I haven't had any problems with it so far besides my own newb mistakes.

    Love the crashes... it's like watching a train wreck at times. Can't look away! As you know I too know your pain all too well! Tapping gets me often. I find that material to material differences are hard to compensate for at times. Form taps have been my friend. I like your knife design. What steel are you using?

      Kicker700 This is my first one. Yes I will be selling once I get it finished. I plan on making many more.
