I have been shedding a lot of what doesn't serve me. I've been changing my diet. Eating less animal products and being more conscious in my beliefs and approach. I thank you very much for this lesson Mira. I hope to give you a huge hug in the very near future! ❤
I managed to reduce to none animal product (including for clothing). The VEG1 complementary pill seems to do the job for what we might miss, including from sea food (in the meantime of getting a proper vegan food supply). It is cheap. I recommend it. Vegan proteins are easy to find. Vegan fat can be found on oil or nuts. Think also to take some almonds time to time, for the calcium (as a substitute for milk), to prevent any bone break. Our bones also need some phosphorus (which is also great for our brain). I believe it easy to find. There is some in chocolate (instead of fish) 🍫🙂↔️ Antioxydants from fruits are also great, for longevity for instance (it helps at preventing cancer). Have a blissful journey to 5D 🌈🌍✨
