Can I just say, your background is better than any other ASMR channel I have watched for years. No channel uses actual nature. It's nice and calming compared to just dark and bland backgrounds.

I totally know why other channels don't like to do it though, it makes the lighting really difficult and it tends to darken and lighten as the sun moves, but I'm pretty low fi visually anyway so light changes aren't decreasing the quality too much. The aluminum foil thing just seems so silly to me cause I grew up thinking foil hats were a sign of crazy, but Dad kept talking about faraday cages to me and how we don't totally understand electromagnetic waves and I just thought "welp, I've tried everything else!". XD
you find your sound problem? sounds like feed back, almost like there is bad connections somwere. great audio besides what your looking for. :D super relaxing, wonder if maby the volue on the mics themselves is off.
I didn't find it but I made a work around- I think you are right though, and I'm starting to wonder if the problem is the zoom H1n I plug into. I'm just so confused why the static is only happening in one ear! O_o. The 3dio and my other mic only have one channel output, so it feels like the sound should be in both ears. Thanks so much for the suggestions, I'll do some more fiddling around with it.

I have tried replacing both cables. So my setup is like this: 3dio- 3.5mm to 3.5mm into a zoom H1n. Micro to USB-A into is USB-A to USB-C converter into a Google pixel 7 pro. I've tried restarting everything, I have a programmer father so I've known the restart rule since being a youngin. XD. I've tried replacing all three cables. There are unfortunately electronics all over my house, many of which I am not allowed to turn off. XD. But I should do recording tests in different locations, that's a good idea- I'm feeling like one of the ports on my zoom might be bad? Or it could be the electronics thing, too. I so appreciate your help!
@@tranquillily Im thinking the same as you, Cables are all replace and anything from the pixle to the zoom wouldn't effect the 3dio(dont discount it though..0.o my tech support eyes have seen silly stuff happen). Have you tried connecting the 3dio to other devices? Might be worth a try to see if the feed back can be replicated elsewere. Also, kudos to your programmer father. Code makes the world go round.
Ah good thinking, I will see if I can use it with my computer. oh, I sometimes plug a headset into the zoom and I don't hear the feedback through the headset, does that mean anything?
