That is authority gear - you get them by killing the bosses from the resonance stones in chaos dungeons.

Hello Philbo, thanks for bringing information like this about the game and I would like to ask you if you could make a video like this but more comprehensive on how to improve an item, maybe you record when you want to create a weapon or armor doing it from the basics to the use of the following materials advanced on how to make it authoritative or how to make it legendary, that is, that you transform it as a piece that you want to have fixed for a long time, I know that what I am asking for is long but the game does not explain this type of thing in detail and I think that it would work for a lot of people.

Once you get to levels 15+ it starts taking a REALLY long time. Thousands of material.

@@jacobshadow7202 np - there is an information button at the top of chaos dungeons that shows what level certain rewards drop.
You mentioned the % could hit 20%, but you have a 22% item - Where does the extra 2% come from?
There's a legendary essence that can add 10% more quality one time to a gear that has existing quality.
yeah i should have mentioned you could boost it further past 20% with a legendary essence - felt like it might have been a bit much to pile on to include lege essences. here is the essence. th-cam.com/video/cJ_-uL4Af-o/w-d-xo.html
