Right on time. A coordinate at 6 hours ago issued me day suspension, all because I told her parents they were rude, I. Which they were. I work I. Customer service a f they were put in the line by the coordinator as courtesy, she did not communicate to me that she was had her parents in the courtesy boarding. I approached customer and advised them of where we are boarding, customer blurted aggressively I should move from beside her as it was someone who put her in the line. I stead of having a hearing whereby another authority conduct the meeting, she herself conducted it, and issued me 3 days suspension. I later found out the customers were her parents.
