How do you change the proportion of the grinding ingredients fir Arachi vidara kuzhambu or Sambhar based on the number of people? For eg, 1 tbsp of kadalai paruppu for 4 heads (so accordingly thoor dal, vendhayam will follow the proportion you mention for the recipe). Basically, any rule of thumb for the primary grinding ingredient that i should change based on the number if people? Please help mami.
