Ah, after a long time mami. Interesting. Three doubts - 1. Puli potta kai veguma? Or are there specific vegetables with which we shiuld not add tamarind? 2. No Dhania? 3. How do you change the proportion of the grinding ingredients fir Arachi vidara kuzhambu or Sambhar based on the number of people? For eg, 1 tbsp of kadalai paruppu for 4 heads (so accordingly thoor dal, vendhayam will follow the proportion you mention for the recipe). Basically, any rule of thumb for the primary grinding ingredient that i should change based on the number if people? Please help mami.
