to be fair headwounds bleed a F*CKTON even if its just a small wound. when i was young i triped while on playing in the schoolyard and hit my forehead. It started bleeding masively and everyone panicked (even the teachers and staff) until my mom got called. She took a tishue, whiped the blood away and found that it was a realy small wound from a tiny bit of gravel i fell on... She was mega annoyed with the staff after that. ^^'
As somoeone who needed to get a stitching on their forehead as a kid, no, it really truly does not hurt, as in the only thing you'll feel is the headache from the impact and even that doesn't last long.

If it wasn't just a small rock she would be having side effects like concussion, brain haemorrhage and some serious stuff a few minutes later once the adrenaline wears off. I can tell you from personal experience those two facts aren’t mutually exclusive. Just because you don’t get mad easily doesn’t mean you can’t get BLINDINGLY angry. I’m also slow to anger but once it finally hits that anger is profound. Nothing is worse than a calm person getting mad because that took a lot of effort.
Funnily enough, when I was a kid, I once went to the backyard of my aunt on my father's side and there were workers building a house. That happened to me when I fell down the stairs and I couldn't feel the pain because the part of the scalp that was damaged was losing control of the blood circulation when its losing blood because of bleeding
