I take black seed oil daily. And I use Kalanji seeds in all of my hair oil mixes and in my Ayurvedic treatments. I also crush Kalanji seeds and fenugreek seeds and make them into a paste for my hair and scalp, and into a tea/refresher for my hair and scalp. Its cured my female pattern baldness, and my mom’s as well.

no it does: inversion method grows your hair 1 inch in a week. All indians do it. They massage this oil onscalp and flip hair upside down and massage it upside for at least 5 min everynight before bed. You will be SHOCKED how fast your hair grows. Indians keep this secret, they only tell you about the oils. I always thought is was genetics it's not. It's inversion method. And black seed oil BLOCKS the DHT, and that's what's responsible for hair shedding and hair loss. Basically it keeps your hair in growth phase nonstop.

Hi everyone, new to this black seed oil but i got started two days ago. I first went for a hair mask.. i mixed 2 teaspoons in with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and a little water, i covered my whole hair, massaged it all in for about 5 or so minutes then put on a plastic hair net. Slept with it on for 8 hours then washed it out in the morning ( two shampoo rinses, 1 conditioner). Obviously no results on the length and thickness yet, but... omg the softness and smoothness of my hair!!! Tonight i have just started taking it orally, i did 2.5ml in one shot. The taste is awful but i deal with it knowing it's full of health benefits lol. Hope this helps anyone or if you have any tweaks for me to then be sure to let me know!

Love that your videos are so well informative, MD!❤ I purchased the Black seed oil and Black castor oil. Is safe to combine the two and use aloe vera plant as a pre-poo...AND keep on hair( braided) for a whole day???. I had 2 pigtails and want to do this as I have a lunch with family and don't feel like doing A THING with my mid back length hair!TY❤ #hairgrowinglikeaweed

Sadly,my black seed oil has just been lying down in a container (like a type of holding basket) along with my Aloe Vera water x 2 and rose water. They have all just been lying down in the basket for over a year! All still in good quality because I have an excellent fridge that can keep things for longer than expected.
I'm about to start a new routine, just to try out different natural products because it's all good right? So the oils I want to start appreciating the benefits they can give are:
    BLACK SEED OIL
    BATANA OIL
And I want to continue using my home made FENUGREEK OIL because I could really feel the benefits of this oil. It gives your hair the most incredible shine! It's insane!
