I Think autel is more likely to brick it by OBD because autel is so demanding on internet speed; but then we do not know. I performed this successfully with my keytoolplus but another guy bricked the CAS using his keytoolplus.
@@RadovanPalik I did it with a autel then I looked at my xtool and seen it had that do you know the steps I don't wanna have to ever take one to the dealership again!
@@mandybaker8544 Just use the BMW CGDI. It has a 99% success rate and when it fails (happened to me several times), it reprograms the unit itself and everything is OK. So the ISTAP success rate is always 100% via OBD.
@@mandybaker8544 Feel free to pull the cable during the downgrade just for fun. It will fix itself when you put Connect and if not, there is a Programming menu. You select CAS and go to program. In 10 minutes the car starts.
Have you ever had the CAS3++ jam on you and become unresponsive if you have can you make a video on how to fix it!?
If u use the right tools the cas will not crash... Xhorse keytool plus is superb for these cars..

Don't need stabilizer for the battery?
The car power source has stabilized friend.
I mean, it can be done without stabilizer, won't it be a problem?
@@terlanfonseca6416 NEVER TRY THAT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT DEARLY. AT THE VERY LEAST PROVIDE EXTRA POWER BY MEANS OF JUMPER CABLES
