Those two battles ARE my favorite battles of the whole event - and Julard def. won them, without any doubt. So considering all this: this final was close, but I can see reasons for Julard taking the W. My gut feeling, when I was watching the stream (I wasn't present in person there) was that Julard might have taken it. After many rewatches I still think he took it, but by a smaller margin than when watching it on the live stream the first time.
