    Thank you 🙏. Definitely, keeping a journal helps. If nothing else, it’s a way to review events when you’re told it didn’t happen the way you remember it, when something comes up later. A great tool against gaslighting (for peace of mind).
    So much good information in such a short video 👍🙏

    Don't just keep a journal. Record the audio of a fight and listen to it when you're calmer. Listen to who's being heard, is it you? Are any of your concerns addressed or are you just blamed and called names

    No respect,ignoring me,controls finances,lies,twists situations,blames me that I'm the narc....abuser,gaslit me sometimes doubt my own ideas thoughts ,belittles me....used personal sensitive vulnerable information that I shared as weapons against me😢
