Mick was one of my first instructors in the early 80's, I enjoy his stories and insight into Karate training.
@@rickhamilton663 yes I really enjoyed his stories too some great ones to be shared his certainly a very well experienced man and very well rounded in martial arts not just one style which I love myself always good to mix and gain knowledge from as many disciplines as possible in my own eyes as it makes your armoury a lot more powerful
