- This is the cellphone video of the altercation that took place between API Sachin Suryavanshi and MLA Kshitij Thakur when he was stopped by the former for speeding. Following the incident, Suryavanshi was summoned to the Maharashtra assembly to give an explanation. Several MLAs then allegedly assaulted him within the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha premises. (Audio in Hindi)

Politicians think that they are above Law
Politicians don't just think...in fact they are above law most of the times.
In this case the traffic cop seen in the video was summoned to Mantralaya where he was punched and kicked. When he lodged an FIR with evidence (injuries) he was made to apologise and was later suspended/transferred.
Even the cop who had entered Mantralaya to investigate the video footage was given a warning on the pretext that he did not have gate pass for Mantralaya. After all this all the MLAs were suspended for namesake only to be reinstated later on. Still think that Politicians are below law? In any case, many of the cops are not very different. They join the force to make money, and themselves flour the laws left right and center. It was a clash of their egos. Like a small poisonous snake and a big poisonous snake.

Boigaon Vasai West in may 2018 caught a car driver and charged him drunk and took bribe by threatening case. The driver was innocent and showed all papers. Police unable to see who is a good person. Very bad.
