Very similar mods here to my 535i, currently waiting to throw my PURE 600s in. You need to ditch that COBB and get MHD & you need an upgraded LPFP & some ethanol mix.
You should close your front hood. Just drop it from some distance like 30sm and it will close correctly. On the video it is not closed because there is 3 hooks and when you press the hood in the middle, the left and the right hooks does not locking... and not only this. You can distort your hood when you are pressing to close it. Have in mind!
