And so many comments were posted here saying may he live a long life. Who would have known, exactly 2 years after this video, he would pass away. The whole world mourns for his passing. May he rest in peace.

Those hightech equipments helps to make the work faster and easier. They are for efficiency so the patissiers can serve the customers quicker. You dont necessarily need to buy those equipments if you can do them by hand and if you have a lot of time, as I just have mentioned earlier, they are only for efficiency and more complexed methods of cooking.

Omg I was literally just crying cause I was thinking of my great grandpa. The last thing I remember him cooking was like baked chicken with greens and mashed potatoes and he made cornbread... But he was getting older and idk.... I mean I know it's not hurting him, he transitioned already... But certain things like my grandpa's brother told him to sit down instead of cooking but he wanted to cook. And he smelled a certain way and if I'm not mistaken my great grandma passed away like at least 20 years before I was born so it seemed kind of like nobody understood him

I have always loved his style of baking. I find it so mesmerizing. Maybe it was the love he exuded or maybe it was his old fashioned way. Nevertheless, the cake came out good and fluffy.
