No, actually it's ambiguous, neither Maj or Min because I'm playing A G and D power chords omitting the 3rds. More people search for Am so it's better to pigeon hole it. Also the major scale won't work only mixolydian because of the G power chord. Try switching between Am and A Maj pent either will work... Combine them to sound more bluesy.
I'd put it down to a matter of taste. If you like those major flavours over this one they're all yours my friend. I quite like shoe horning the minor pent blues all over it. This rock/blues place we operate in can be a bit of a twilight zone. The war between major and minor, sweet and sour is what it's all about. ✌️
