For me this version is so much more vulnerable and better than the orginal.. I could listen to them acustic more, even though I am a great fan of all their work.. my fav part is the barking dog a little bit in ;)
that's something you do to the microphone when recording to filter out the wind ;) also different shotgun mics and their windsocks etc. will give different results, but eh - a lil imperfection here and there can add to the atmosphere i guess!
