I do think they would have done better against Denver in 2013 and 2015. In both cases, whether because of lack of talent or injuries, they simply had no offensive weapons to work with. Having Hernandez there would’ve helped. Of course, I don’t know if anyone could’ve beaten Seattle in 2013, but Carolina in 2015 was sort of a paper tiger. I think NE could’ve figured them out just like Denver did.

Cowboys would normally be wearing their home whites in this game, but Pats wore white at home (uncommon). Pats did this to force Dallas into wearing the road blue jersey. After letting the Mark Sanchez Jets come back on them in prime time, they had an amazing win against the eventually semifinalist (should have been in the SB, Giants got lucky with the muffed punts) 49ers, then a game where their only offense was Dan Bailey FGs, then their *first* collapse against Matthew Stafford’s Lions (this is not to be confused with the game from 2013 where they let Calvin Johnson go for like 300+ yards, this is the one where they had a 27-3 lead and lost) then this game where they hung in there just long enough to make you think they could pull it off, only to throw it all away at the end. Man these teams were so frustrating to watch haha. Worst part is, in spite of everything that happened, they were 7-4 and had the division title in their hands until Garrett iced Bailey in Arizona, and Miles Austin lost the ball in the lights against NY the next week. 2011 was a crazy year.
