Don't worry Keith no swans were hurt in this vlog. We love nature as you know and wouldn't hurt any wildlife on purpose. Thanks for watching 👀 and still supporting us Keith.
@@darkmatterxi do you ever come across electric locks on the canals and rivers your on. Which would you prefer manual or electrical. But at least you don't need a gym.
@@keithknightson4410 there are electric ones on the Thames Keith. Some road swing Bridges on the canals are electric but most manual. I personally prefer manual as you feel like you have done something. A bit of exercise doesn't hurt anyone. I am not one for the gym hate it.
Another great vlog, it's amazing how much work Josh must put in to planning, find out facts and editing it all. One of the best you tube channels along with Foxes afloat. Keep you the super work. Your such a great family..
Joshs Nan had a wonderful birthday thanks. We took he to see my son Luke in his new house she hasn't seen it yet. And we spent time with my other son Tony and her great grandson George. She loved it.
I used to ‘steal’ a finger full of excess axel grease once in awhile to use on a ramp at another stop…. Luckily you don’t run into that problem too often. You are not fat Josh, just a big guy like your dad. Maybe a little chesty but you can easily do something about that. Do what you do because you got it going on! I’m 63 so not hitting on you..heh heh 😂
Thanks for the lovely comment Leslie. I have had a battle with my weight all my life and have always been on diets. Josh doesn't stand a chance with his Dad being so big he takes after him and my daughter too. The trouble is Andy is a very good chef and we eat good home cooked food.
Excellent video luckily you didn't come across Stan Green as boaters have had bad experiences with him because he's a person thats says he knows everything about this and that and he's made a lot of boaters and general public life's miseries and films people for no reason or does stupid stuff and claims to be the victim when he has his feelings hurt and reports people to the police for no reason and all round not a nice person to meet
If people insist on only using one gate, then rubbing their narrowboat against the inside edges of the gates, lock gates will leak progressively worse as time goes by.
Usually we would, when mum is here. But we're trying to make good progress, I would have to cross the top gate then open the other bottom gate, wait for the boat to exit the lock, close that gate, then cross back over the top gates to shut the opposite bottom gate, I'm sorry but we simply don't have time to do that, especially when there really is no need, when we can exit with one gate anyway.
I like the mix of music non-music but if I might suggest, your new intro is too long. 1:48 is a long time to wait for the beginning. A punchy intro should be :30 and no more than :60
If you want you can fast forward the intro, this is something new we are trying and from the majority of the comments everyone seems to like it. Hopefully you will keep watching 👀

DO YOU EVER REPORT PROBLEMS WITH LOCK GATES ETC LIKE THAT ONE FALLING TO BITS...?
Yes we do but it takes a long time for them to get around to repairing them
FG says woof to your fur kitties
Do you mean GG unless you have changed his or her name lol 😆. Meow meow back 💜

Thank goodness we didn't meet him. The majority of the people we meet are very nice people. It's the odd one that ruins it for people 😕 😒
I'm gonna crack my phone won't rotate to see full screen ugh
Hope you get it sorted Phil xx

Yeah, smooth entry might be 75% of the time.?
