Hello MJ. I had my final interview last Friday. I was told that I would get an email if I passed or not on Tuesday because they did not work on the weekends. I got a rejection email today, Sunday. The email that I received indicated that I needed to develop skills required to work as an EA within 60 days. I have the full set of skills laid out in my resume and I had online work experience prior to my application. My experience with the interviewer was a bit on the low end. The interviewer was far from the Athena community vibe of being friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. No smiles with all the stiffness and robotic tone were what I got from the interviewer. It was like the interviewer was not happy to be there. The interviewer was 15 minutes late. The tone was very heavy and harsh. I got so worried because I only had 15 minutes before I would get an auto fail. Although I gave it my all, I was not able to pass. I was honestly waiting for a criticism indicating that I did not have the "executive presence". However, I got an email telling me I need to get experience with the skills required as an EA. All the while I assumed that Athena hired people who have zero experience working as an EA since that was what was said on the website and the videos that Athena suggested me to check out. I was unlucky with the interviewer. I will try my luck at other companies.

for KPI, u can just simply say CSAT (or customer satisfaction) since u said CX feedback weighs heavy for grading in BPO, for salary increase is known as appraisal & its increase depends on your overall performance. i dont know much about this as well

Pero ngayon ko lang po ito napanuod, ang mali ko hindi ko masyado napansin sa job post nila yung tech requirements na i3 10th generation, and 7th lang yung akin 😭 masasayang ang application ko, or baka po alam niyo na baka sakaling mapagbigyan nila ako? ☹️

I suggest to give birth po muna. The traiing is a bit stressfull and graveyard po sya. It might affect your pregnancy in a negative way.

I am currently employed to a BPO company and the desktop im using now was provided by the company. Can i still apply po ba since Athena will provide a MacBook once you are matched with a client?

Hi question po, nagaapply po ako now kay Athena and kakatapos ko lang sa IMP, pumasa napo ako. Pero ngayon ko lang po ito napanuod, ang mali ko hindi ko masyado napansin sa job post nila yung tech requirements na i3 10th generation, and 7th lang yung akin 😭 masasayang ang application ko, or baka po alam niyo na baka sakaling mapagbigyan nila ako? ☹️

Is this the Google form and send it to the address indicated in each email? it says there's another embedded email underneath that email..I'm so lost hahaha
