NEVER tolerate someone yelling at you. Even if you feel like you did something wrong, they need to actually communicate with you. NOT yell at you. You don't deserve to be yelled at. You got this girl, value yo self

The only reason that someone needs to yell at you is in an emergency (i.e. you are running straight into a cliff and they are telling you to get back), or if you are in Military boot camp
100% It's a five alarm deal breaker, break up, move out the next day, for me.
I had a gf who constantly yelled. I would remain calm. After a year of this I folded and shouted back when it seemed the only way I wasn't getting yelled over. Instantly she was the victim. Broke up and told everyone I'm an angry man who yells. Lol.
Got to love the cognitive dissonance and hypocrisy. Much happier now. Life's to short to be at each other constantly.
Exactly communication and having a talk is the key... Even though I am wrong or you are wrong, yelling should NEVER be an option , we can sit down and talk about it, and embarrassing your partner before others if they have made some sort of mistake is a BIG red flag too.

As someone who recently became an adult, I can confirm that school does NOT prepare you for adult life lol. It teaches you logic stuff, but you won’t learn real adult skills that make you successful (like doing taxes and arranging appointments and job interviews and stuff, all important, none of which you learn in school). Also, like at least at my school you were basically rewarded for showing up, which is not how it works in real life. So in conclusion, school may teach you some important skills, but it doesn’t prepare you for real adult life.

You have said you can't handle a partner yelling at you and I get that, cuz you feel it's your fault, like this guilt overload that you didn't just let down your partner, but you caused a huge confrontation by not agreeing with them. So you say yes, and bemoan your fate. You literally prioritize your partner's needs. Plus, it literally sucks being yelled at after you've tried being so good to that person. That's what my marriage felt like, like, "Why am I continuing to be nice, to just be treated like shit" but if you go against your good hearted nature, that provokes even more guilt. It was a lose lose situation for me.
The things you're feeling are emotionally deep and any introspective explanation I've said, can be easily misunderstood, if I say any word the wrong way. I'm also going to admit I could be completely wrong.
I'm very direct and forward in real life but when I get home, I am exhausted from matching my behavior and attitude to that of a group of ppl in society, as I'm feeling I'm acting in ways that are out of character, to fit in socially. It's like, you need to have space when you get home, or a partner that understands you need a low stimulation activity to do together for a short while until you recover from that exhaustion. So, when your speaking of being an extroverted, introvert, I really understand what your saying, more than you know. Atleast, I hope I'm right after I've admitted to so many vulnerabilities I feel, right inside of my inner core of who I've felt ashamed to be.
After last night's vulnerable experience in my own mortality of an overhyped thunderstorm that almost became this tornado, I'm just letting out all the good things I've been thinking about you, from the donations you chose with natural disasters, to everything I feel in all your emotional intelligence. I don't know how you emotionally matured, so quickly in life, either through tragedies or part of your nature, or both, but you've become an amazing person in this world.
