I think she meant that the T sound in Dutch is softer than English and German, which tend to be aspirated. Surprisingly, I some times find Dutch to have closer consonant phonology to European Spanish with the retracted S, guttural G, non-aspirated voiceless plosive consonants (T, P, C/K), and some times trilled R. For example, you can hear the Dutch tendency for non-aspirated consonants when they say English words like "Cap, cat, cup, cut, keep, kit, can't, pack, pick, pit, pot, pout, pout, talk, tick-tock, tip, top, truck, trump, etc."

As a native English speaker, I understood almost 100% of the German. I understood most of the Danish, Norwegian and Swedish. The Dutch, I could only understand a couple of words. I understood a bit more reading it, but spoken I couldn't figure out what was said, aside from a couple of words.
The German for "cow" is similar to parts of the north of England and Scotland.
    Edit
Having now read a lot of the comments, it appears the Dutch woman isn't a native speaker. I wonder if I would have understood more of the Dutch than I did, if I was listening to a native speaker reading the passage. If a lot of Dutch people didn't understand what she was saying, maybe it would be easier for me to understand if she was a native Dutch speaker. The Dutch seem to be the best at learning English, so I was surprised that while the other languages all made a lot of sense to me, Dutch didn't make any sense at all. I know some Dutch words are pronounced the same as in English, so maybe it's just these words are less similar in pronunciation than they are in the other languages.

I'm from Newcastle (northeast England) and yes, we say hoos or hyem for house/home which are similar to hus/hjem in Danish and Norwegian, and hus/hem in Swedish. Scandinavians would probably not struggle understanding Geordie. For example: Av got te gan hyem, me young'un is done wi' school for the day, which in Norwegian is somewhat similar to "jeg må dra hjem, ungene er ferdige på skolen for dagen." - same sentence structure. We also have other similar words to Scandinavian languages, for example:
gansey (jumper) > genser in Norwegian,
lug (ear) > lugg in Norwegian
bairn (child) > barn in Norwegian, Danish and Swedish
wrang (wrong) > vrang in Norwegian
claggy (sticky) > klegge in Norwegian
greet (cry) > gråte (Norwegian), græde (Danish), gråta (Swedish)
nee (no) > nei in Norwegian
loup (run) > løpe in Danish
aal (all) > allt in Norwegian
spelk (splinter) > spelke in Norwegian

In a video about pronunciation and language you should really make sure the contestants can actually speak the language. I don't know what language the lady representing Dutch actually speaks, but she's spreading misinformation about the Dutch language and she struggles with simple sentences to the point of being completely unintelligible. Not featuring the language at all is better. Have her feature as a language she's actually native in.

Copying the sentence structure can be dangerous if you aren't aware of false friends. A Danish friend of mine got acne on his trip to germany, so he went to a pharmacy to ask for a medicament. The first 5 words "Hvad har I mod" was pretty forward: "Was haben sie gegen" = "What do you have against", but then he ran into a problem, because acne is commonly called "bumser" = "pimples/Pickel" in Danish, and he wasn't sure about whether the German word for acne was similar to the common Danish word or the English word. He decided that it must be like the Danish word, which he "converted" into German by replacing the R with an N, and ended up asking for something that has very little to do with acne, and actually is harder to get if you have a lot of acne.

Dutch does not sound "softer" to me compared to German. I don't know why this is what it is being represented as. I am not a native Dutch or German speaker, but Dutch is far more harsh sounding (in a good way, not insulting the language). But German actually sounds much more softer. The speaker in this video has a softer pronunciation of words whereas if you listen to other Dutch speakers, the G sound is harsher and the R is rolled like in Spanish or Italian. It is so distinctive, if you meet a Dutch person that does the hard G and rolls the R, it is unmistakable, I promise you. But German never sounds this way regardless of which area the German native is from.
