It's not only about trust.... Insecurities in relationships are quite normal, especially if the person has been cheated on before by someone else or due to some childhood experiences. What I believe would have been better on his part was to not act so controlling by saying don't do this don't do that because in that way the girl also feels he is restricting her when she knows her intentions are right. He should rather communicate with her and explain to her and make her feel how it affects him. Because if she really cares for him, she won't do things that affects the emotional health of the partner. It's not only about trust.... Insecurities in relationships are quite normal, especially if the person has been cheated on before by someone else or due to some childhood experiences.
What I believe would have been better on his part was to not act so controlling by saying don't do this don't do that because in that way the girl also feels he is restricting her when she knows her intentions are right. He should rather communicate with her and explain to her and make her feel how it affects him. Because if she really cares for him, she won't do things that affects the emotional health of the partner.
