Yeah my goal is to get the 1989 pink/purple vinyl as well. But it’s crazy expensive. I’m not sure if I will ever get it, because the prices will likely increase with every year that goes by.
Such a gem of a record,, but the store i was at,, had 500 to sell !!!,,, and sold over 200 by 9am ( they was open at 8am ), not as ltd as it was suppose to be. But a great addition to my Swifty collection.
I use a flip knife to open my records (very carefully), but I have read a lot of people say the best way is if you're wearing jeans, rub the seam on your leg and the friction will cause it to split along the seam naturally as it warms up.

Exactly I don’t understand why Taylor got rid of the plastic since Rep or lover. It forced me to buy plastic sleeves because it really hurts when I hear the sounds of removing the vinyl from paper sleeves.

Hello Rachel...Im from Mexico and I heard this record has two pressings... the one for selling outside of Mexico is 20 grs heavier and has the disney sticker, there are the two differences from the Mexico pressing...Do you know something about it?
Bought the digital version from Qobuz, available in 44.1-24 which is slightly better than cd (if you have a decent streamer/DAC). As a Qobuz Sublime Subscriber it costed me 9.69 €. For non subscribers it's about 24.19 €. 34 tracks... Apple Music and Spotify is just streaming - not owning.
@@RachelLord give em a spin if u got some nice speakers. My wife is a Taylor fan and is collecting her stuff on vinyl. Must say they sound extremely good.

Record Store Day releases tend to be limited because they’re special for that day but 115,000 is a big release for RSD!

17:30 Actually all 12 inch album records play at 33 1/3 speed. 45 speed is for the 7 inch singles.
