You can place almost anything moveable ontop of a flat bed truck to get it to a new location. Ones that are around fenced in industrial places. I believe there is one by the police station as well

Move all tools and materials into the UC. The UC feeds the workbenches and cooking. Also, to prevent a future issue of being naked and unarmed, hover over items in the inv, small lock appears. Lock in weapons, ammo, clothes, tools. This way an accidental hit of the J key while in scav mode isn't that bad

Let me all give you a hint ... if you ever hear the Jets flyin by - there will be a hord the next 24h i played a couple hours yesterday and understood some things - one of them is that a 80 ppl Hord is no fun at all - had to completely repair my pickup - no fun at all barely survived
Btw vehicle with the largest storage is actually the box truck, it's 3000 lbs and to get in the back is a teleport both in and out, im about to test if you can build in the box as it's empty.
Depends on what it is. A storage box, ok. A UC, nope. Can't place things in the floor of it either, sleeping bags. The floor is the storage so those things are no longer useable.

Just a thought, I know that the locks you find scavenging are for locking things up while in co-op mode, but hear me out...wouldn't it be easier to put your own lock on your storage so no picklock is needed (once you've already unlocked it)? Not too sure if it works that way but I'm really curious. Also, how useful is cloth right now? I know you can make bandages, rope, not sure what else. You would probably get a buttload if you scrap the clothes off the Z's. Nekkid zombies lol I just finished watching the video and I am wondering if the different types of deer meat are used in different recipes when that is fully implemented.
The locks on all doors can be swapped out with those you loot in the world, so like you say it should in theory never need picking again. I hope the devs sort out the player item persistence in containers during house resets, so far only the fridges keep your stuff.
If you disable vehicle damage you don't loose your headlights in Scum either. I totally abuse my vehicle and don't take damage. i liked that though. The zombies are like let us push the ambulance out for you so you can run over us.

Iif your playing solo....REMOVE the locks on doors because they will relock themselves over time (Even if you had to lockpic them open the first time)
If you just take the locks off and put them back on, it gives you a key
I can tell you, sleeping on the bench against the wall is far more comfortable than the stretcher lol! Love your Vein content man!

@@VEINTutorial I was able to put a sleeping bag down, but it became non interactable, still the best vehicle in the game imo.
