I used to think $85 was a lot of money for a sneaker when air force ones were that price.
this 2024 release may use the same item code as the 2016 kith release, but these are not exactly like the 2016 kith retro.super respected/reliable sneaker collectors have compared the 2024 release to the 2016 kith retro and also the OG 2001 JPN release again the 2024 are not the same as past releases.these also were a pretty limited release insider info rumored stock for the U.S. market was only around 3,000 pairs.thankfully at least for the U.S. market resell for these isn't much higher than retail price.

It only came back for the first time in 23 years, once it sells out who knows when it will be sold again
Fun fact, known as the Buta (pig) Force as designed by Atmos this didn't sell well here in Japan. Current version is sitting as well.

I have the 2016 Kith pair, it's not the same as this one just off looking at it from videos and pictures. I prefer my Kith pair personally but mad I paid 500+ for it lmfaooo
i personally don't own the 2016 kith release but know a few people who do and they prefer the quality of the 2024 release and have sold off the 2016 kith retro.

i wouldn't get your hopes up a reliable industry source has said the rumored 2024 Ueno AF1 retro release is not happening.
copped 3 pairs back in 2016 they were around the same price as the 2024 versions after the release. now i copped 3 pairs in 2024 😂. these were not that easy to get, for whatever reason nike made it that way.

Definitely one of the weakest colorways on the air force 1. I have no idea why it's so hyped. Nostalgia is a weird, but powerful drug.
