This concept makes sense against the many strains now existing with HIV. Over the years I’ve witnessed many potential cures for HIV, when possible availability is announced it’s always been “in five years”...I hope you can achieve this and thank you for your determination...

I'm not an expert, but from my limited knowledge of immunity I see no reason why a vaccine would work less effectively against a HIV infection that is suppressed by medication than against a new HIV infection coming in. At the very least it might mean undetectable viral load without antiviral treatment.

Not with vaccines, but in very rare cases where they got leukemia and were given bone marrow transplants from rare donors who produce broad neutralizing antibodies. In theory, any vaccine that works to protect from HIV infection at all should be able to achieve the same result...
