¡Sensacional interpretación! A pesar de ser una obra de finales de los 70's sigue siendo un poco difícil de escuchar. La expresividad del Director, de los cantantes y del ensamble ayudan mucho a captar el tono de sarcasmo y de parodia para denunciar regímenes autoritarios y opresivos: hoy de regreso y con fuerza.

One of the few post world war 2 composers who wasn't afraid of humor and irony. Another was Lutoslawski.

The textures are always incredible in Ligeti but I know this is more than aural wallpaper - much of this sound patterning was new in the 60's and 70's .Varese and Scelsi didn't write any vocal music -I may be mistaken . What a versatile career Meister Pinscher has ! I was so excited by Beat Furer his management co. must not be as powerful I don't see notifications of his work often as I used to ! I must find out - I'll take time to find out what the meaning behind all these imaginative sounds are . These sopranos easily spar with the brass . Great stunning performance !
