Great editing we were watching a part where you're talking about the smell of the Black Tar the guy was using for the roof when you say " It doesn't smell as bad as it used to " then the other guy mumbles something.
Then immediately we hear "Shit" . 😂 Then your on Kensington Ave. Perfect 💯

I drove truck into this area at least twice a month a few years back. It was a dump then, even more scarier now with the fentanyl horror going on. It seems to me that the city has given up on any notions of a wholesome place to live for its tax paying citizens. The insane real estate costs are adding to the problems I believe. So glad I am retired and do not have to travel there anymore.

the reason some tourists would go to see kensington ave. is the same reason some tourists come here to LA just to see skidrow . kensington ave. has gotten the attention of the entire country and there are so many youtube channels now that are specifically dedicated to showing daily footage of kensington and interviewing the homeless addicts that live on or near kensington ave. i watch at least one kensington video almost every day .

The real estate developers are a part of the problem. They wait until property values in the area crater, and then buy up all the buildings. Then they shift the addicts elsewhere

Simple solution would be to send all the addicted and dealers to Ft. Dix . Start a community there instead of paying cops for nothing. All that money could be used to start up a new community. Too easy I guess. This shit is just manifesting and destroying our school children walking through that horror every day. Nothing like a 6 year old to witness a dead body or overdose and walking on needles!! Come on man! Protect our children from horror and PTSD!! UNREAL!!!

Flash backs of Central City back in the 70's and 80's. The walk from Reading Terminal to Greyhound. Never any tents just people in doorways. The smell I don't think I'll ever forget. Worse then a Dead show at the Spectrum in August lol.
The volume of people seems way more as well and no xxx peep shows.

1838 Cumberland Street is multiple units.
It states four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It looks like one entrance I guess?
I mean it's ok but I think two entrances would be better.
If you can split the place into two units.
I'm not sure it works unless I missed something.
