Hector Bernaldo Cook islands and Tuamotu has similar languages, tahiti use a lot of paumotu (tuamotu language) to sing, that's why we can confuse the two languages. I dont know if it's Cook or Tuamotu, I heard "Tiare Ma'ohi" in this song so...
P.S: paumotu use also "Manea".
