Just FYI......It is as if it gets stuck at 96%. What I did to get to the 100% completion I saved all my work and closed the packet tracer. Then I reopened it as if I was going to make changes and it showed that I was at 100% instead of the 96% that it showed before. Hope this helps anyone else watching this later. my instructor told us that when we get stuck at 96%, somewhere down the line, we were supposed to implement a static route: S1(config)#ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1

Gracias por tu apoyo, tienes que ubicar unos dispositivos en logical mode y luego elegir physical mode en la parte superior izquierda, aparece una ciudad, haces click en ella, luego aparece un edificio haces click en el, hasta que aparece un cuarto de comunicaciones haces click en el y verás los dispositivios

Es una IPv6 mal configurada en el switch o en la PC, revisas esas direccione IPv6

Por qué no se puede llegar al 100%?
Hay un error en el archivo, porque todo esta bien configurado, no hay problema
