Sometimes, when we think about the future of martial arts, we tend to focus solely on children. However, we shouldn't overlook the lifelong instructors who seek to continue their teachers' legacy. Stefan Cena is one of these instructors, and we were fortunate enough to record his very first seminar where he shared his passion for modern arnis.
