      I have low tea, but I don’t know if that’s what caused my depression. I just want to possibly do TRT to cure my depression. I don’t care about wood or muscles.

    I’m exactly 7 days in my trt with the gel. I’m 31 years old and had a free test of 74. Struggled for years with mental fogging, always super tired and couldn’t follow a conversation more than a half minute… after day 3 it felt like my brain just got cured and switched back on track. Going from 74 to starting a trt is def the “fix” for my life. I actually feel younger in my head, higher libido, happier, better spouse to my gf and more calm minded. This is definitely the best thing that could have ever happened to me.

      What about the other half dozen symptoms? Brain fog can be fixed by caffeine. At least for a couple of hours.

    I'm now 52 with my test in the 300s and I feel like 💩...I still force myself to go train 3 to 4 days a week but life is miserable and my last 2 doctors just say oh you're within range just keep working out you'll be fine...I'm not fine and if it wasn't for my 2 kids I wouldn't be here right now...guys take your hormones seriously...I'm now going to my 3rd doctor next month hopefully this one understands.

      If you’re drinking alcohol you have to stop immediately. Eat healthy. Trt could bring you back to health .. but you need to change lifestyle.. eat healthy,supplements, water ,sleep ,,less stress. I had all the low t symptoms did trt for two years and tapered off. Now I’m good . LH and FSH back in range. And remember trt clinic will help you get on trt but would not help you get off . You have to advocate for yourself. And the less of a dose you take the better. You can do it . Don’t give up up .

      You're doctor is a quack, get rid of him. It if means anything to you, it took me 6 doctors 4 years before I found one that consider my symptoms were legitimate. I went through some terrifying mental images that went in my head that wouldn't be there had I been taken seriously and treated earlier. I lost all connection with reality and non of the mood/anxiety drugs I was given had any affect.
      Our bodies don't go by the numbers and realize it should be feel bad because the number say your normal.
      For the record, I believe those number are far from accurate. We need way, way more research especially separating men into group by ages, race, ethnicity, etc. I also suspect that our environment is effecting the hormone levels in many men. Anyway, good luck.

      Same story for me. I had to go to a third doctor and they finally prescribed it. I’m 38 and my total was in range so the first two doctors just blew me off but my free testosterone was 4.4 and anything below 8 is considered low. And I had all the symptoms and I eat an extremely strict diet and workout 5 days a week

      Incorrectly stated. Not losing fat. I lost weight alright, but I simply became a smaller version of a fat man. e.g. @6'4/15% fat 205lb vs 15'% fat 180lb. Exercise and dieting were useless. I became smaller but the fat was still there.

    Great natural interviewing technique by not talking over your guest. The guest is the person we tuned in to see. Not the host.
    @12:20 I was always on an improved lifestyle, which I have been most of my life. Even so, I just got fatter and weaker regardless by the day. All I lost all interest in anything. Including the activities (e.g.cycling, running, weight training) I used to love.

    Would you consider 379 total Testosterone and 197 total Estrogen a recipe for TRT or would i need to get on Ais or some other type of treatment. My main symptom is i lost my sex drive, and my doctor told me it's normal at my age of 37 years old. This can't be normal. I can have my girl next to me naked, and i have no desire.

    • @balancemyhormones
      @balancemyhormones  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      379ng/dl is not normal and 197pg/ml for e2 seems like a derangement in the ratio of T/E.
      TRT on its own would raise your total T and your E2 as well but the ratio may favour T to E. I think you should find a doctor who can help you. If you’re in the UK or EU we can help at balancemyhormones.co.uk

      That's the entire industry. Pretty much bad and worse. I'm seeing a urologist now, who prescribed me the gel, and yes, it is pretty low. After weeks of treatment, it removed my anxiety, cleared some of the brain fog, and stabilized my mood. So far, zero affect on motivation, memory, energy, or ED.
