It took ME literally 2 years just to learn how to deep BREATHE properly. Abuse & trauma doesn't happen overnight, so healing Processes definitely don't work overnight. You have to put the time & work in consistently to see results
There aren't any pills nor quick fixes that work & NOTHING 🚫 works best for anyone except BREATHING exercises & meditation because you don't need any equipment & you can tailor them to yourself & you can do them anywhere for as long as you need to to them to come back to homeostasis or calmness & they are self soothing techniques for symptoms management
Let go of people who try convert you or try to make you feel like self care makes you self absorbed. It's selfish NOT 🚫 to practice self care daily. They aren't compatible with you. You are only responsible for being yourself & doing what works best for you. Anyone who has a problem with that, they aren't compatible with you & definitely don't have to be in your life

They are moving on to the next assignment or repeating assignments that they didn't complete.
That's why there isn't just one person for anyone.
