The video doesn't exactly tell us how to find out which browser we're using. But good on 'em for educating people about what a browser is. Doesn't stop my clients from referring to their web browser as "The Internet", thinking that all browsers are made by "The Internet" or something.
The true concept behind it is it's basically an application that connections to the internet and displays HTML and other languages (PHP, etc.) on the screen. You can make a simple one in Visual Basic in less than 5 minutes.

Even though I realized the implication that you could access information from all around the world, I still thought it to be the most absurd, convoluted process I'd ever seen.
