Sir apko sunke bahot himmat milti hai. Builder took money and didn't build my house when finally constructed on my own. FIR is rgstd sec-498A-323-313-406-0034 NBW is issued against accused & 3 tym bail is dismissed frm sesion court. LOC is issued Now Accused took interim bail Honble high court in sec -498A & 323 to stop his P.O proceedings and is handed ovr by AAI to Ggn police . Shall police arrest him or not.
