2 displaced from Sampson County House Fire (Sue Circle, Dunn)

At approximately 3:15 am, Plain View Fire Rescue and mutual aid departments were called to a reported structure fire on Sue Circle (Dunn/ Sampson County).
Sampson EMS Medic 5 while enroute advised an orange glow was visible above the trees from that direction from Eugene Jernigan Road.
Plain View Fire Chief K. Jackson arrived to find a single-story single-family home fully involved in fire.
All occupants were outside of the home and appeared to be un injured.
A defensive fire suppression operation was conducted until addition fire units arrived and the conditions were deemed safe to enter the structure.
A power line had burned off the left side of the home causing an issue with being able to move around the complete exterior of the home for safe fire suppression operations.
Units from Both Sampson and Cumberland County were called to assist.
Red Cross has been requested to provide services for 2 adults that have been displaced.
Salvage and Overhaul will be conducted along with an investigation into the cause of the fire once conditions allow for these activities to be done.
