No, it did not come with them. The oars in the video were from an inflatable boat. I am sure walmart sells them separately as well. Thank you for watching

We caught a few small ones. The float did really well considering what it was. We stayed out a few hours and it did not deflate. Thank you

man we used that tiny pump they gave us and it took about 4 of us to fill the whole thing up
