Neat video! What are the helicopters on the building in the back ground? Police? KCS runs thru here(Baton Rouge) but a lot of the newer motive-power doesn't come thru. They are gradually repainting everything to the Southern Belle livery.
I noticed FRED wasn't flashing. I suppose it was still providing data though? I never thought about it before but would an engineer proceed without FRED?
