Thank you so much Maday 🥰 Most desserts will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days, however this particular dessert I would recommend eating it on the same day as on the next day the wafer will lose it's crunchiness unfortunately. Other than that it's still fine to keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days 🥰
