Emilia Perez, I honestly can't freaking understand why this movie has more Oscar nominations than Casablanca, Ben-Hur, The Lord of The Rings, Sleepless in Seattle, The Revenant, Chicago, The Goodbye Girl, The Color Purple (1985), Forrest Gump and Schindler's List.
So, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is sending a message to the world that this movie is better than Casablanca and Schindler's List... Why ? This is an honest question to the members of the Academy. Emilia Perez is above all these films... Why ?
