    Thanks for this! I wonder if IFS ans EMDR will merge soon. IFS seems more simple - it's not always (like with self-like parts etc.). And EMDR looks very complex - isn't it a little too complex comparing to IFS?

      Some therapists do combine them

      Yes, there is a lot of movement towards combining them. Janina Fisher has wonderful trainings on this.
