99s were very underwhelming this year. I remember using TOTS CR7 in 2018 and he literally made EVERYTHING. I could shoot from 40m out and he’d freakin hang them in. This year the 99s miss more than a 99 should imo

@@zahiddorasat2076 The thing is at this stage almost every player is a specialist at dribbling. For weaker players, I like Neymar's dribbling the best, while Dybala comes second. For bigger players, Dinho is just super fun while Cr7 comes next. Haven't had a chance to try 97 rated Mbappe so I can't comment on that. The 98 Messi's dribbling just didn't feel special when compared to the cards that I mentioned above.
@@williamleow7289 I’ve always noticed that dribbling feels way better if the player has 5 star skill moves. This messi with 5 star skill moves is insane. But I did have issues with his finishing at times. I can score 30 yards finesses but he will miss a sitter out of nowhere, but probably gameplay cause even my cruyff feels like that. Shit game

Legs are to small for be truly effective with the 5* skills. The way IA works in this game make it easy to counter after a skill cause he did not make enough distance between him and the defender. This is why, Sané, Sancho, Dinho are broken cards for skillers. Shooting, pace, strenghet and LS dribbling are on point on this Messi. But I would not pay more than 600 K for a card like this.
