Introvert and extrovert doesn't mean shy and outgoing. There are a TON of introverts who are entertainers, in Kpop there are people like Mijoo who are loud wild entertainers but at home off camera they lay around in the dark, are quiet, and avoid people.
Introvert & extrovert is determined by how you gain and lose energy socially. For some, going out on a friday night to have fun with friends (be social) is how they recharge. They're extroverts. But for others, that drains their energy. Those ones are introverts. From the outside you can be fooled thinking the class clown, the people person, the social butterfly are extroverts but when in reality being how they are in social settings drains their energy and being alone is how they recharge, aka they're introverts.
Introverts are not always shy. Introverts are people who close themselves off from strangers (unknown people) or it can also be interpreted as people who find it difficult to familiarize themselves with strangers (unknown people).

Normalize making permanent group out of survival like fromis9.. why wakeone so scared playing safe on such great groups is beyond me, 2 year contracts sucks its very hard to fall in love when you know its gonna end shortly, i was wizone to the core, still haunts me to this day.. the pain.. im not sure if i can experience that again. With that being said i cant help falling in love with these beautiful people inside out.
