could've been a pin hole in the fuel line or a plugged fuel filter in combo with old stale gas. tune up, new fuel filter and fuel lines and run some barryman b12 chemtool carb and injector cleaner in the gas. it should run fine afterwards...I mean its worth a try right?
Yea hold it to the floor that will definitely fix it! TBI does require some patients to figure out! If you find it too complicated, find an intake carb and distributor that is to your liking.
Cuándo el motor está frío tarda mucho en encender; porqué las Revoluciones Por Minuto (R.P.M) están muy bajas; porqué no se le activa el cebador; porqué la temperatura está muy baja; el motor cuesta encender; saludos.
This guy makes me laugh, Every time I watch 1 of his vidz... LOL!!!! I don't even know where to start LOL!!!! I hope you didn't scrap the truck it could have been saved!!!!!
@davidthekid2000 You might have a little bit of misinformation there David. The most American truck (and mid-size sedan) you can buy is the Toyota Tundra. Give it a quick Google search.
I've heard a Dodge 318 run like that LOL!!!!! My dodge ran like that had water in the gas, and the cap n rotor both had water on them to LOL!!!!! cap was cracked so water was gettign under it, talk about a miss fire LOL!!!!!!!!
thats stale gas i bought a 77 thaat had gas that was a year old would start up but if u tried to move it would die instantly put 5 gallons of fresh gas ran great and it would move by its self
why? can you give me a good reason, Brother? GM manufactures a great motor and transmission, its the owner that puts too much load on either, or. Ford also makes a great motor and transmission, its the owner, not the manufacturer. When you buy an automobile, there is a book that comes with it called AN OWNER'S MANUAL. Inside that book, tells you the specs of your motor and transmission. When you (or the previous owner) overload those specifications with too much horsepower or too much torque, things start to break loose in the motor and, or, transmission.
+Wyatt Herron well put sir. well put. kinda like my buddy haul 20,000 pounds of shingles once with an 07 tundra rated for only 9,000 lbs lol. don't not how it didn't hurt it
+Wyatt Herron Mechanics love them, since many are in the shop, often. Even though this is a year old post, hope you get a chance to see the Silverado vibration issues videos.
Yeah I would have if it has rat shit all over the place and you can't get rid of it and if there is big rust holes where your whole hand and arm can go all the way through
@SecularTechnology HA,dodge's are jokes, there transmissions are junk, and fords are just unreliable in general, this is coming from experiance,im not just pulling this comment out of my ass...
This reminds me of why I don't live in Minnesota any longer. My endless memories of starting cars on cold days.

Sorry to hear about the water.

I believe this truck was previously owned by Larry The Cable Chap.
1987 was the first year gm when totally fuel injected 86 was the last year they used carbs
If it was still fuel injected like all 87's were, it should have started but all that could have stopped it was a $6 coolant temp sensor. O h well
Chevy are awesome!! Atleast when there in the mud !!!
hey my 78 Chevy has 526,391 miles and its still runs like an ox and pulls like a train.
Cuándo el motor está frío tarda mucho en encender; porqué las Revoluciones Por Minuto (R.P.M) están muy bajas; porqué no se le activa el cebador; porqué la temperatura está muy baja; el motor cuesta encender; saludos.
