Redmi 5 plus dead | red light blinking | Dead mobile | Full sort dead | change pmic8952 |waterdamage

This is the redmi note 5 plus which comes dead.
Also consumer 1.2 ampere while changing and shows red light blinking.
The board shows water traces and the Vph line is in full sort condition.
After examination of the board I decided to change the pmic which is the pmi8953 charger display combo ic.
after removing the ic we can easily see the black carbon water sign
and the phone was working again
